What we offer:
- Agility training private lessons as well as group training.
- Equipment hire. Only after assessment.
- General training advice including clicker training. Please ask for
further information. Only offered on a 1-2-1 basis currently.
AGILITY TRAINING
- Group training in groups of 5 according to ability
Small groups so everyone is given adequate time
Regular tests after each 5 week block to monitor progress
Test of abilities prior to joining a group to ensure you start at the right level
Either on a 1-2-1 basis or shared, you can bring one or more dogs/handler
Enables you to work on particular problems
Help you get started if no new group is available
Can be a good way to start if your dog has behavioural problems
- Fun days and training days

Agility classes:
Monday 7-8 pm April-September, Saturday 10-11 am October-March
Pre-beginners: Suitable for puppies 6-12 months old
Concentrating on foundation work, such as work ahead, recall, wait, directional
commands.
Introduction to the equipment. No jumping or weaves.
Tuesday 7-8 pm April-September, Sunday 10-11 am October-March
Pre-competition: Suitable for dogs who has completed a beginners course in agility.
Progressing up to full height and upright weaves
Introducing more complex sequences
Aiming to complete a simple grade 1 course
Wednesday 6.15-7.15 pm April-September, Sunday 11.30-12.30 October-March
Beginners: An introduction to agility for dogs 12 months or older with basic training
Learning to navigate all pieces of equipment, including starting to learn to
weave
Simple sequences of jumps plus one or two more piece(s) of equipment.
Wednesday 7.15-8.15 pm April-September, Saturday 11.30-12.30 October-March
Competition: For dogs already competing
Work on sequences with increasing complexity
Course work including theory and different handling techniques.
Thursday 1-2 pm All year

Class configuration may vary according to interest and progression, book early to avoid disappointment.
There is currently a shortage of beginner classes in Agility, as Agility is growing in popularity at an
exponential rate. I will guarantee you a space and training at appropriate level once you have started but
can not guarantee that I will be able to offer new pre-beginner and beginner classes later in the year, if and
when they become available priority will be given to those already training one dog for their second dog.
Cost
Block of 5 lessons £25 payable in advance, £5 to secure a space,
£20 at the first lesson, or £6 per lesson if you pay each time.
Private training: £20 per hour, £25 if shared by two or more. £10
per 30 min.
Equipment hire: £7.50 per hour 1 Person, £10 for two people. This
is only available to those experienced enough, and only at my
discretion, you are liable for any damage other then normal wear
and tear to the equipment.
Fun days, club competition and training days individually priced.
Other activities:
Fun day during the summer. TBC
PUB evening, to include rules and regulation, what you need to
know before entering your first show. TBC
Christmas dinner. TBC
